Job Description:

As a Barista at Flavoro, you will be the heart and soul of our coffee shop, creating unforgettable experiences for our customers with every cup. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and other specialty beverages.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment with care and precision.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and interacting with customers in a friendly, approachable manner.
• Educate customers about our coffee offerings, including bean origins, flavor profiles, and brewing methods.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, equipment, and seating areas.
• Handle cash, process payments, and manage transactions using our point-of-sale system.
• Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and ensuring all items are fresh and available.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Previous barista or coffee shop experience is preferred but not required—training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Passion for coffee and willingness to learn about different coffee types and brewing techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
