Pinnacle Employee Services was started because we found that many businesses couldn’t afford a full time staff consisting of a Human Resource Professional, Risk Manager, Benefits Manager and Payroll Manager. As a Professional Employer Organization, we deliver these services through co-employment by establishing and maintaining a relationship with the employer and their employees and by contractually assuming certain employer risks, rights and responsibilities.
