About Sequoyah Volunteer Fire Department
Sequoyah Volunteer Fire Department was Chartered as a Not-For-Profit Corporation in 1985 to provide and promote the provision of fire protection in the Sequoyah area. We provide emergency and non-emergency services such as Fire Suppression, Emergency Medical Services through our Emergency Medical Responder Contract with Dallas Bay VFD, Hazardous Materials First Response, NonEmergency Public Assists and Public Education, Mutual Aid to the Tri-State Mutual Aid Association, Wilderness Search and Rescue, Water Search and Rescue with our partner agency Hamilton County Marine Rescue.
