About Bell County Vehicle Registration and Tax Assessor-Collector - Belton Annex
The Belton Office is a Full Service Vehicle Registration office providing Vehicle Registration, License Plates, Titles, Disabled Placards, DV Plates, Special Plates, and the Collection of Sales Taxes for vehicles sold in Bell County. The Belton Office is where Bell County fees for Beer and Liquor Licenses are collected.
Driver's Licenses are processed at the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS).
Property Taxes are collected at the Bell County Tax Appraisal District.
